社会因素剖宫产452例原因及并发症分析
【摘要】 目的 总结6年来房山区妇幼保健院剖宫产率及剖宫产指征的变化，探讨社会因素剖宫产原因及并发症。方法 回顾性分析我院近6年来剖宫产临床资料。结果 (1)剖宫率逐年上升，2005年(50.30%)相比2000年(17.12%)上升了2.9倍(P<0.01)。(2)剖宫产指征中以社会因素增加最明显(P<0.01)。(3)社会因素剖宫产中脐带因素占第一位。(4)社会因素剖宫产与有指征剖宫产并发症比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 降低剖宫产率应从医患双方着手，严格掌握剖宫产指征，提高产科质量，采取开展孕妇学校等多种形式进行宣教，提高对剖宫产的正确认识，控制因社会因素而行的不必要剖宫产，减少母婴并发症的发生。

[Abstract] Objective To study the reason and complication in cesarean for social factors through the change of cesarean rate and indications.Methods The clinical data of cesarean in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fangshan district during 2000~2005 was retrospectively analyzed.Results The cesarean rate upgraded year by year from 17.12% in 2000 to 50.30% in 2005 (P<0.01).(2)Social factors obviously incresed in all the cesarean indications.(3)Umbilical cord factor was of the most importance in social factors.(4)The complications in social factor group and medical indication group were 12.61% and 13.15% respectively (P>0.05).Conclusion To decrease the rate of cesarean ......
