食管癌,FHIT基因
【摘要】 目的 探讨脆性组氨酸三联体基因(FHIT)的缺失在食管癌发生、发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法检测64例食管鳞状细胞癌组织及癌旁正常组织的FHIT基因表达水平。结果 FHIT基因在食管癌组织中缺失率71.88%(46/64)，明显高于食管癌旁正常组织(12.50%，8/64)，两者比较差异有非常显著性(P<0.01)。FHIT基因缺失与食管癌患者的性别、病史长短、吸烟、饮酒，均无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论 FHIT基因在食管癌中存在较高的缺失率，提示FHIT基因作为一候选抑癌基因，在食管癌的发生、发展中起重要作用。
