银杏叶提取物,白果酸,HPLC,限量检查
【摘要】 目的 研究银杏叶提取物中白果酸的HPLC限量检查方法。方法 以甲醇-水-冰醋酸(85:15:0.5)为流动相，检测波长:310nm，对银杏叶提取物中白果酸的HPLC限量检查进行研究。结果 此方法可以很好地将白果酸与其它成分分离，并测定银杏叶提取物中白果酸的含量。结论 参照国际标准，对银杏叶提取物中白果酸规定不得超过5ppm，此法可以有效地控制银杏叶提取物的质量，保证用药安全。
