上海长宁区中心医院 上海市 200051张国维，男，63岁. 现任放射学教授、主任医师. 兼任上海胃癌研究组组长，本刊医学影像部副主任. 1970年在国内首先开展胃双对比检查法，1973年最早于上海医学杂志发表《胃双对比造影》论文，对提高我国早期胃癌的X线诊断起到推动作用. 先后由他查出早期消化道癌400多例. 发现微小胃癌的新X线征象，命名为“边缘毛刺征”，受到国内外同行的重视. 近10a在国内外杂志上发表论文120篇. 曾获科技论文进步一等奖和“有特殊贡献的专业技术拔尖人材”称号.

AbstractForty-two cases of early stage cardiac cancer proved by surgery and pathologicexamination were reported emphassizing on double contrast radiographic findings. All patient had recived endoscopic and x-ray examination before operation.The main x-ray manifestation of early stage cardiac cascinoma,are as follows:①Normal shaped cardia is divestment and destruction of the mucosal fold.②Small irregular ulcer.③Irregulas fine nodvles or filling defect of small polypoid.④Blurred barium fleck abnomal barium accumulation shadow and erosive sign.⑤Imparied dilation of cardia,slow passage of barium and/or spasm and constriction.The methodology used in x-ray examination for diagnosis of early stage cardiaccarcinoma was discussed. ......
