    Gastric motility in 58 duodenal ulcer-reflux esophagitis

    Abstract

    AIMS To study the gastril motility in duodenal ulcer with geflux esophagitis.

    METHODS Gastric emptying was examined by magnetic tracer method in 58 patients with duodenal ulcer combined with reflux

    esophagitis diagnosed by endoscopy and ambulatory 24 hours pH monitoring

    RESULTS The gastric emptying time of 82 healthy people was T_1/2 x-±s 51.8±21.6min (30-74min) Butin 58 patients with duodenal ulcer and reflux esophagitis, relapsing duodenal ulcer were blocked when flowing out 40, gastric emptying accelerated by 0.0%(0/40), gastric emptying normal by 7.5%(3/40), gastric emptying delayed by 92.5%(37/40), T_1/2x-±s 89.3±41.2min.
