    Abstract

    AIM To explore the possibility and regulation of apoptosis Lovo cells of human colorectal carcinoma induced by tumor necrosis factorα(TNFα).

    METHODS After Lovo cells were cultured in vitro and treated with TNFα1×10⁸U/L for 0 to 48 hours, the morphological changes of apoptosis were observed by HE and Hoechst 33258 dyeing under optical microscope and the percentage of apoptosis was counted, and DNA fragments were detected with DNA electrophoresis. ......
