AbstractAIM: To investigate the inactivation of DPC4 gene in colorectal carcinoma.
METHODS: Inactivation analysis of the DPC4 gene were performed on DNA samples from 30 primary colorectal carcinomas and 30 tumor-adjacent tissue samples by using polymerase chain reaction, sing-strand conformation polymorphism. ......
