AbstractAIM: To study the expression of PKC b1and PKC b2in carcinoma tissue, dysplasia and intestinal metaplasia of early gastriccarcinoma.
METHODS:Forty two cases of early gastric carcinoma were randomly selected from thefile of PUMH during 1998-2001. The expression of PKC b1and PKC b2was investigated by immunohistochemistry method. The staining pattern ofPKC b1and PKC b2was compared among carcinoma,dysplasia,intestinal metaplasia,and normalgastric tissue. ......
