摘要门脉高压性肠病是一种由门静脉高压症而致的非炎症性的、独特的肠道黏膜病变，包括门脉高压性小肠病变和门脉高压性结肠病变.本文以门脉高压性结肠病变为主对其发病率、内镜下表现等多个方面作一综述.
