摘 要：目的：口服MEBO治疗消化性溃疡。方法:选择治疗及对照两组各50例对比,治疗组首次口服20gMEBO后,每日口服两次,早晚空腹用,每次10-20g/次,4周为一疗程,对照组用西咪替丁口服或静滴。结果:1月后胃镜复查,按治愈、显效、无效进行分析。治疗组:治愈31例,显效10例,无效9例,有效率82%。对照组:治愈23例,显效10例,无效17例,有效率66%。两组治疗结果有显著差异P<0.05)。结论：MEBO的益于溃疡面的早期愈合，且使用方便，疗效肯定，具有推广价值

Abstract：Objective:To investigate the efficacy of oral administration of MEBO in treating digestive ulcers. Method:In MEBO treating group, 50 patients were given orally in the 1st time 20 grams of MEBO, then 2 times a day in the morning and evening 10 to 20 grams each time for 4 weeks. In the control group, 50 patients were given cimetidine by oral or by intravenous infusion. Results:After one month, the patients were examined by gastroscopy and the efficacy was analyzed. In MEBO group, completely cured 31 cases, effective10 cases, and ineffective 9 cases ......
