【摘要】 目的 提高HBsAg的表达量。方法 将CHO-C 28 细胞与NS-1细胞融合，用反向血凝法检测滴度。结果 融合后第11天，出现瞬时高表达，HBsAg表达量最高为1:2048，而对照仅为1:256。结论 融合法可以明显提高HBsAg的表达量，为进一步研究提供了证据。
