【摘要】 目的 分析根管治疗期间出现急性疼痛、肿胀等情况的原因。方法 对310例临床病人398颗根管治疗的牙齿进行临床观察。结果 29颗牙(7.3%)发生了不同程度的根管治疗术后疼痛。结论 根管治疗术后疼痛发生的因素有免疫反应、渗出压力等，确切原因尚待进一步研究。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the causes of pain during endodontic interappointment.Methods A total of389teeth from310patients who received root canal therapy was evaluated.Results The pain incidence of29teeth was7.3%.Conclusion The results of this study showed post-operative endodontic interappointment pain was closely related to immunological reaction and the pressure of the exudates.The conclusive causation have yet to be conˉfirmed.
