【摘要】 目的 研究共轭亚油酸对2型糖尿病小鼠血糖的影响。方法 通过对饲喂高糖高脂饲料建立起来的肥胖型小鼠注射链脲佐菌素，建 立2型糖尿病小鼠模型，实验组继之喂食正常饲料的同时喂食共轭亚油酸，对照组则在喂食正常饲料的同时喂食花生油，测定其摄食量、体重 、血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)指标。结果 共轭亚油酸能明显降低2型糖尿病小鼠的摄食量、体重、糖化血红蛋白及血糖值(P<0.01)，而 对正常小鼠影响不显著。结论 共轭亚油酸在治疗糖尿病方面具有一定的应用价值。
