【摘要】 目的 优选红花醇提最佳条件。方法 采用正交试验法，以红花的主要成分红花黄色素吸收度为指标。结果 红花用10倍量80%乙醇回流提取3次，每次1h为宜。结论 通过正交试验优选红花醇提工艺，可保证红花有效成分提取较完全。
