【摘要】 目的 探讨对复发性尖锐湿疣(CA)适宜的治疗方法。方法 采用平阳霉素疣体基底部注射，并联合重组人IL-2局部注射，二氧化碳激光治疗复发性CA，复发性CA患者38例，与16例采用CO 2 激光加重组人IL-2治疗者作对比，随访3个月。结果 治疗组的复发率为7.88%;而对照组复发率93.75%。结论 本法是治疗复发性CA一种理想的方法。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the optimal treating method for recurrent condyloma acuminatum(CA).Methods Pingyangmycinum injecting at the bottom of CA combined with rhIL-2injection were taken to treat38cases with CA.And16cases with CA were treated by CO 2 laser combined rhIL-2as contrasts.Both treatment group and contrasts were followed up for3months.Results Recurrent rate in treatment group was7.88%compared with93.75%in contrasts.Conclusion Pingyangmycinum combined rhIL-2is a useful method to treat recurrent CA.
