【摘要】 目的 探讨内镜逆行胰胆管造影(ERCP)对胆管梗阻疾病的诊断与治疗的价值。方法 回顾性总结分析我院2001～2002年间221例诊断与治疗性ERCP临床资料。结果 221例ERCP中，胆总管结石者142例，胆总管良性狭窄25例，胆总管肿瘤13例，胆总管囊肿2例，十二指肠乳头炎3例，壶腹癌11例;内镜下乳头括约肌切开取石(EST)137例，放置内引流管48例。结论 通过ERCP方法可清晰地观察胆总管形态，对胆管疾病的诊断，以及梗阻性胆管疾病病因治疗有重要的意义。
