【摘要】 目的 考察芍药甘草汤中芍药与甘草配伍后对甘草酸溶出率的影响。方法反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定含量，以Zorbax C 18 (4.6mm×250mm，5μm)为色谱柱，以甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67:33:1)为流动相，检测波长为250nm。结果甘草酸在1.2～6.0μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99.8%，RSD为1.34%。结论 芍药甘草汤中芍药与甘草配伍后甘草酸溶出量较单味甘草有所降低，本法可用于芍药甘草汤的质量控制。
