【摘要】 目的 探讨如何降低乳腺癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的发生率。方法 对75例采用预防皮瓣坏死新方法的乳癌改良根治术病例与过去实施的164例乳癌改良根治术病例进行分组对比研究。结果 乳癌改良根治术后的皮瓣坏死率由原来的18.9%下降至2.7%，效果显著。结论 预防乳癌改良根治术后皮瓣坏死的关键是合理的皮瓣厚度，避免皮瓣缝合张力，防止淋巴管漏，有效双管引流，合适包扎。
