【摘要】 目的 研究姜黄素对白血病细胞HL ₆₀ 的促凋亡作用。方法 应用MTT法检测姜黄素对细胞的细胞毒作用;流式细胞仪、荧光显微镜观察细胞凋亡。结果 姜黄素明显抑制白血病细胞HL ₆₀ 的生长，24h，48h，72h的IC ₅₀ 分别为8.79μg/ml、5.21μg/ml、3.92μg/ml，荧光显微镜观察见核浓缩等凋亡特征性改变;Annexin V-FITC/PI双染见AnnexinV-FITC单阳性细胞高达19.64%。结论 姜黄素具有诱导白血病细胞HL ₆₀ 凋亡的作用。
