【摘要】 目的 研究在动物实验领域IVC设备的应用。方法 通过IVC系统安装、相关数据测定、小鼠饲养增重及生存试验，观察IVC系 统饲养实验动物安全、可行性。结果 IVC系统饲养实验后动物，符合新国标SPF级相关标准，动物生存、生长情况正常。结论 IVC系统是目前 国内理想动物饲养新设备，用于动物实验是可行的，而且投入及维持费用比较低。

    【Abstract】 Objective To stady on the application of IVC system in animal xperiment.Methods By instalˉlation of IVC system，determination of relative data，weight growth of the feeding mouse and surviving experiment，we observe the safety and practicablity of laboratory animal after feeding experiment by IVC system.Results The animal feeding by IVC system responds to relative standard in SPF degree of National Standard.The animals live and grow in normal condition.Conclusion IVC system is a new desirable equipment for animal experiment in our country at preˉsent.It is practical and the cost of investment and maintenance is not expensive. ......
