【摘要】 目的 探讨幼龄大鼠性别的最佳鉴别方法。方法 将同期交配的孕鼠分为4组，针对乳鼠在不同日龄的身体发育特点，在3～4日龄采用观察其肛门与外阴距离和相对距离的方法、对5～8日龄再附加对乳头(乳状突)观察的方法进行性别鉴别对比实验。结果 B组鉴别法相对于A组准确度高，D组以距离再结合乳头观察的方法来鉴别乳鼠的性别无误差产生。结论 上述两种方法对于幼龄大鼠的性别区分效果优于传统鉴别方法。
