【摘要】 目的 通过研究经强的松治疗有效的慢性特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)患者T淋巴细胞分泌的IL-2、IL-4、IL-10、TNF-α和IFN-γ的变化，探讨这些指标的变化与强的松的治疗效应之间的关系。方法 取8例经强的松治疗有效的慢性ITP患者和10例体检正常者，取血，分离外周血单核细胞(PBMC)并用PHA激活，孵育6h。用流式细胞仪检测其PBMC分泌的细胞因子水平，进行统计学分析。结果 与正常对照相比，经强的松治疗有效的慢性ITP患者IL-2、IL-4、IFN-γ和TNF-α水平降低，有统计学意义，IL-10水平与正常对照没有统计学差异。结论 这种变化可能与强的松的治疗效果有关。
