【摘要】 目的 探索血清CYFRA21-1值测定对鼻咽癌(NPC)诊断及疗效观察的临床价值。方法 应用电化学发光免疫分析技术测定未经治疗的NPC患者(45例)和治疗后的NPC患者(32例)的血清CYFRA21-1值，并分别与正常人(28例)血清CYFRA21-1值进行比较研究。结果 未经治疗NPC患者血清CYFRA21-1值高于正常对照组和已经治疗NPC患者，差异有非常显著性(P<0.01);已治疗组的血清CYFRA21-1值与正常对照组相比，差异无显著性。结论 血清CYFRA21-1测定对于NPC的诊断及疗效观察都有较理想的应用价值。
