【摘要】 目的 探讨新型免疫抑制剂舒莱预防肾移植术后急性排斥反应的价值。方法 11例肾移植患者采用2剂用药方案进行诱导治疗，并于同期未使用舒莱的肾移植患者进行对照。结果 本组无一例发生急性排斥反应，而对照组发生2例(18.2%)。舒莱与标准免疫抑制治疗方案联用不增加副作用的发生率。结论 舒莱可以有效地预防肾移植术后急性排斥反应，且患者有较好的耐受性。

    【Abstract】 Objective To study the valuation of Simulect in prevention of acute rejection of kidney transˉplants.Methods Two doses of Simulect was given to the11renal recipients and renal recipients without using Simulect served as control group.Results The incidence of acute rejection in Simulect-treated group was nil;The incidence in the control group was18.2%.Significant difference was found between them.Simulect did not raise the incidence of side effects.Conclusion Simulect can effect in prevention of acute rejection of kidney transplants and has few side effects. ......
