【摘要】 目的 比较小切口剖腹手术与腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的差别。方法 选择2001年5月～2003年12月用小切口剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠与同期腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的患者进行对照分析。结果 两组手术并发症、切口甲级愈合率、胃肠道反应、使用镇静剂、术后第1次下床活动时间、术后肛门排气时间差异无显著性;小切口剖腹组进入腹腔时间、手术时间较腹腔镜组少，小切口剖腹组费用较腹腔镜组低。结论 采用小切口剖腹手术治疗输卵管妊娠取得腹腔镜组相同疗效，且费用低。
