【摘要】 目的 探讨乳糜胸的成因、诊断、治疗及再手术指征和手术方式的有关问题。方法 笔者根据1954年1月～2001年12月我院胸外科行肺切除术12035例，并发乳糜胸11例(男8例，女3例，平均年龄48.3岁)，采取保守治疗6例、手术治疗5例。结果 9例痊愈，1例并发呼衰死亡，另1例术后3月因脑转移而死亡。结论 乳糜胸应根据胸腔引流合理选择保守治疗或手术治疗。
