【摘要】 目的 探讨后腹腔镜在肾上腺肿瘤和肾囊肿切除术中的应用。方法 采用后腹腔镜完成18例肾上腺肿瘤切除术，12例肾囊肿去顶术。结果 30例全部获得成功，无明显并发症。住院时间6～10天，平均7天。结论 后腹腔镜手术具有微创、安全有效、术后恢复快、住院时间短等优点，为肾上腺肿瘤和肾囊肿首选或重要的手术方法。
