【摘要】 目的 建立人体尿液中利凡诺的荧光分光光度法的测定方法。方法 以乙醇为溶剂，采用荧光分光光度法测定。样本中的干扰物质对测定的影响通过在碱性条件下利凡诺不溶析出后测定溶液扣除。结果 该方法具有快速、简便、稳定性好、线性范围宽、精密度高、准确度高等优点。结论 利用本荧光分光光度法测定衡量利凡诺是一种可行的方法。
