【摘要】 目的 探讨剖宫产切口处妊娠的治疗结果。方法 对11例剖宫产切口处妊娠者，采取米非司酮、天花粉、刮宫或手术治疗的资料回顾性分析。结果 11例患者均存活，其中3例行全子宫切除术。结论 孕周大、血β-HCG下降缓慢，血流丰富等均影响治疗结果。
