【摘要】 目的 探讨针刺穴位对脑组织fMRI功能成像的变化。方法 选穴为合谷穴位;针刺采用手针平补平泻手法，进针2cm，捻转180度，频率为60次/min，持续捻转5min，间歇1min，共20min。结果 针刺合谷穴可以诱导额叶和枕叶脑组织血流量和血流容积的增加。结论 针刺穴位具有一定的特异脑区。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore changes of brain functional fMRI image caused by the uses of acupuncture.Methods With the needle inserted into2cm deep，angled180degrees at the frequency of60turns per minute，two acupoint of Hegu were acupunctured by a kind way of“pingbu and pingxie”.This processcontinued5minutesandthenstops1minuteduringthe20minutes.Results The acupuncture of“Hegu”point could induce the increase of blood flow and blood volume both in frontal lobe and occipital lobe field of brain.Conclusion Different acupoint has different related special reflection fields in brain.
