【摘要】 目的 检测p53及与其相关的蛋白在NK/T细胞淋巴瘤中的关系及意义。方法 选用p53、p21 WAF1 及MDM2抗体做免疫组织化学SABC染色。结果 35例病例中，p53蛋白阳性率为51.4%(18/35);MDM2蛋白阳性率为22.9%(8/35);p21 WAF1 蛋白阳性率为48.6%(17/35)。p53+/p21+和p53-/p21-两组病例均占37.4%，提示检测p21可以间接反映p53的功能状态。结论 联合检测p53、p21 WAF1 和MDM2蛋白表达对判断p53基因的功能状态和诊断治疗有重要意义。
