【摘要】 目的 了解SARS患者免疫功能的变化，指导临床诊断和治疗。方法 通过免疫组织化学和光镜检测SARS患者的NK细胞、B细胞及T细胞亚群的变化，并与正常对照组相比较。结果 与正常对照组相比，B细胞及T细胞亚群的均数明显减少，CD4/CD8比值降低，而NK细胞明显增加。结论 SARS患者存在细胞功能紊乱。
