【摘要】 目的 探讨导致新生儿急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)的发生以及死亡有关的因素。方法 对近8年来收治的196例新生儿ARF，从不同的原发病、胎龄及日龄与ARF的发生及预后进行分组对比。结果 发现以窒息、严重的吸入及缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)引起的ARF发生率较高，分别占ARF病人的18.88%、11.73%及21.79%;其次早产儿及发病日龄≤7天的，ARF的病死率分别为23.28%及18.92，高于足月儿及发病日龄≥7天的。结论 降低窒息的发生率及加强早产儿的护理是降低新生儿死亡率的关键。
