【摘要】 目的 观察麦门冬汤为主治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法 对48例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者采用辨证分型，以麦门冬汤为主，随证加减治疗。结果 显效21例，有效25例，无效2例，总有效率95.83%。结论 麦门冬汤为主治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎具有较好的疗效。

    【Abstract】 Objective To observe the ophiopogon combination’s curative effect on CAG(Chronic atrophic gastritis).Methods 48cases of CAG were treated by ophiopogon combination，changing some ingredient according to different subordinate symptoms.Results 21cases were cured，25were better，2were of no effect.The total curative rate is95.83%.Conclusion Ophiopogon combination is an effective therapy for CAG.
