【摘要】 目的 总结应用Richards钉治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床经验及疗效。方法 1996年5月～2001年5月，应用Richards钉治疗46例股骨粗隆间骨折患者，术后随访6～12个月。结果 除1例因股骨粗隆间骨折伤口感染外，所有骨折在术后1年均达到骨性愈合。结论 应用Richards钉固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折，该方法有操作简便、骨折固定牢固、病人能早期负重、功能恢复快、并发症少等优点，是可供临床医生选择的固定方法。
