    胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞 C3b受体和 sIL22R测定

    [摘要] ①目的 了解胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞免疫功能和血清可溶性白细胞介素 2 受体( sIL22R)水平的

    变化及其相互关系。②方法 采用红细胞花环试验和双抗体夹心 ELISA法 ,检测40例胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人红细胞

    C3b受体花环率(E 2C3bRR)和 sIL22R水平的变化 ,并与 30 例正常人进行比较。③结果 胃肠道恶性肿瘤病人 E 2

    C3bRR明显低于对照组 ,而 sIL22R水平明显高于对照组 ,差异均有极显著意义( t = 9. 21、 9. 76 , P < 0. 01) 。E 2C3bRR

    和 sIL22R呈显著负相关( r = - 0. 53 , P < 0. 01) 。④结论 E 2C3bRR和血清 sIL22R水平测定对判断胃肠道恶性肿瘤

    病人的病情具有重要意义。

    DETECTION OF ERYTHROCYTE C3b RECEPTOR AND SOLUBLE INTERLEUKIN 2 RECEPTOR IN PATIENTS WITH MALIG 2

    [ ABSTRACT] Objective To evaluate the changes of immune functions of erythrocyte and levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (sIL22R)

    and their relationship in patients with malignant tumors in digestive tract . Methods Using erythrocyte rosette tests and double antibody sandwich

    ELISA methods , 40 patients were detected for the changes of erythrocyte C3b receptor rosette rate (E 2C3bRR) and sIL22R , the results were com2

    pared with 30 normal persons. Results The E 2C3bRR were significantly lower and sIL22R significantly higher in the patients than that in the

    controls. The difference was significant ( t = 9. 21 , 9. 76 , P < 0. 01) . A negative correlation was noted between E 2C3bRR and the levels of sIL22R

    ( r = - 0. 53 , P < 0. 01) . Conclusion Detection of E 2C3bRR and sIL22R levels is of great significance in judgement of the severity of patients

    with malignant tumors in digestive tract .
