摘要】 目的 探讨干扰素联合胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 70例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成治疗组、对照组各35例，治疗组给予α-干扰素、胸腺肽α1;对照组给予α-干扰素。疗程6个月。结果 治疗组、对照组在疗程结束时及疗程结束后6个月时HBV-DNA阴转率分别为65%、39%和62%、30%(P<0.05)，HBeAg阴转率分别为76%、52%和71%、42%(P<0.05)。结论 干扰素联合胸腺肽治疗慢性乙型肝炎能提高HBV-DNA及HBeAg阴转率，疗效显著。 关键词 乙型病毒性肝炎 α-干扰素 胸腺肽α1 【文献标识码】 A 【文章编号】 1606-8106(2004)11-0982-02 Treatment of chronic hepatitis B in35 cases withα-interferon as well as thymosinα1 Tian Jianhua，Zhong Shiliang，Yang Shu The People’s Hospital of Baoan，Shen Zhen518101. 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy ofα-interferon in combination with thymosinα1for treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 70patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into the treatment group(35cases)and the control group(35cases).The treatment group were given bothα-interferon and thymosinα1 ......
