【摘要】 目的 应用免疫印迹法筛选并建立人心肌肌钙蛋白T杂交瘤细胞系。方法 从人心肌组织中提取粗品，并免疫Balb/C小鼠，取其脾细胞制备杂交瘤;粗品经SDS-PAGE后转移至NC膜，采用免疫印迹法筛选杂交瘤。结果 共获得6株抗人心肌肌钙蛋白T的杂交瘤细胞系。结论 免疫印迹技术在cTnT杂交瘤的筛选中是一个有用的工具。

    【Abstract】 Objective To develop anti-human cardiac troponin T(cTnT)hybridoma cells by screeningwith Western blot.Methods Balb/C mice were immunized with the crude antigen separated from human cardiac tissue.The hybridomas were then developed from their spleen cells.Next，the crude antigen were separated by SDS-P AGE and transferred onto the NC membrane，then hybridomas were screened with Western blot.Results Six hybridoma cell clones were obtained which could continuously secret anti-cTnT McAbs.Conclusion Western blot is an effective tool in the screening of anti-cTnT hybridomas. ......
