【摘要】 目的 探讨股骨头表面重建术治疗Ⅳ期Perthes病的临床疗效和价值。方法 2例FicatⅣ期Perthes病病人行股骨头表面重建术。清除股骨头死骨，修整髋臼，从股骨头与股骨颈平行呈品字型钻入3枚克氏针或拉力螺钉，在人工股骨头(双极头)中填满骨水泥后套入股骨颈形成新的股骨头。结果 2例病人随访至今，分别为27个月和25个月，行走无疼痛，生活自理，可上学。按修订后的’82北京髋关节功能评定标准，2例均为优。结论 股骨头表面重建术治疗Ⅳ期Perthes病，短时间内可恢复正常行走能力，满足了病人日常生活学习的需要，为成年后的人工关节置换提供了一个良好的过渡。
