【摘要】 目的 观察川芎石膏复方的镇痛、镇静作用。方法 采用热板法测定小鼠痛阈，用光源测定法记录小鼠活动次数。结果 本方组成具有镇痛、镇静作用。结论 川芎与石膏合用，不仅有良好的镇痛、镇静作用，而且降低传统用药剂量，避免了单用过量川芎产生的不良反应。
