【摘要】 目的 研究改良胸腔镜手术的效果及实用性。方法 对一组胸腔镜手术对象，采用胸腔镜+小切口术式进行手术。结果 所有患者均治愈，无严重并发症，与传统胸腔镜手术相比，手术难度下降，手术时间缩短，医疗费大大降低。结论 以胸腔镜+小切口为特点的改良胸腔镜手术具有疗效满意，费用低的优点，值得推广。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate practicability and effectiveness of VATS plus small incision.Methods A group of patients were operated by way of VATS plus small incision.Results All patients cured，no severe complicaˉtions.The difficulty and operation time of VATS and patients’fee-for-service all decreased remarkably comparing to conventional VATS.Conclusion VATS with the characteristic of small incision is worth to generalize due to good efˉfectiveness and low fee-for-service.Key words VATS small incision operation
