【摘要】 目的 探讨生长抑素在重症急性胰腺炎临床治疗中的疗效。方法 将63例重症急性胰腺炎患者分为生长抑素组(n=32)和对照组(n=31)，对两组间的治疗效果作对比分析。结果 生长抑素治疗可缩短住院时间，减少并发症，降低病死率。并且越早使用，效果越好。结论 生长抑素对重症急性胰腺炎的治疗有重要的价值。
