【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of LASIK on ametropia in post-cataract extraction.Methods 5patients(9eyes)with ametropia in post-cataract extraction were treated by LASIK.In post-LASIK，the vision，corneal thickness，diopter，corneal topography and complications were observed.Results After6～8months，5paˉtients(9eyes)had the naked vision approximating to the best-corrected vision in pre-LASIK.No special complications were found.Conclusion The application of LASIK has desirable effects on ametropia in post-cataract extraction ......
