【Abstract】 Objective To repair soft tissue injury on patients’hands with the skill and principle used in plastic surgery.Methods 50cases of hand soft tissue injury were treated with emergency plastic repair.Results All operations were successful and effective with few scars and no malformation on injured hands.Conclusion When plastic surgery is used on hand soft tissue injury，we can decrease the possibility of post-operation malformation and avoid scars and dysˉfunction on injured hands effectively.
