【摘要】 目的 研究女性不孕、流产等生殖异常与抗子宫内膜抗体(EM-Ab)的关系。方法 应用酶联免疫吸附检测间接法对1249例女性不孕、流产等生殖异常患者进行血清EM-Ab的检测。结果 流产组、子宫内膜异位症(EMT)组和不孕组的子宫内膜自身抗体阳性率分别为27.07%、25.88%和17.01%。结论 患者体内存在EM-Ab是导致女性不孕、流产的重要原因，EM-Ab检测可作为生殖异常病因诊断的主要指标。
