    【Abstract】 Objective To study MR imaging appearances and evaluate the value and diagnostic accuracy of staging in endometrial carcinoma.Methods 22patients with histologically proved endometrial carcinoma were examˉined by0.38T RosonexMegnetomMR imaging machine，All lession were diagnosed on the basis of fractional and endˉcervical curettage before MR imaging.Results The endometrial carcinoma usually showed iso-orhypointensity on T1WI and hyperintensity on T2WI.Dynamic MR imaging showed middle signal intensity，and it can demonstrate the tumor well separate from necrosis，residual，secretion in the endometrial cavaty，and tumors of exophytic growth，enˉdometrial segment;between the endometrium and the myometrium(SEE)and the position of internal os of the uterus.The overall accuracy of MR imaging of different staging endometrial carcinoma was84%.Conclusion MR imaging is valuable for staging and diagnosing endometrial carcinoma. ......
