【摘要】 目的 对采用单味中药老鹤草制成的经前安胶囊进行了药效学实验研究 [1] ，结果表明，经前安胶囊可使小鼠雌激素水平下降，孕激素水平上升，从而使雌激素/孕激素比值降低，纠正性激素失调状态，提示该药用于治疗经前期紧张综合征。关键词 经前安 雌激素/孕激素比值 性激素失调 药效学研究

【Abstract】 Objective The study of pharmacodynamic of Jingqian An Capsule made of Chinese medicinal herb Laoguancao showed that the capsule can reduce estrin level and raise progestin level of rat.In this way，it can reˉduce the ratio of estrin/progestin and correct the derangement of sex hormone.
