【摘要】 目的 探讨外敷中药膏治疗胆道结石排石、溶石的临床疗效，为结石病人寻找一种方便、安全、有效、新的排石方法。方法 我们遵循祖国医学理论，收集临床利胆、排石中药方剂精华 [1～5] ，自制肝胆排石膏(又称中药排石膏)外敷，肝胆排石丹(又称中药排石丹)内服等，诊治结石病638例。结果 治愈率72%，有效率93%，无效率7%，中转手术5.6%。结论 外敷中药排石膏，配以中药排石丹内服，是一种独特有效的治疗胆石病的方案，有良好的应用、发展前景。

    【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of discharging and solving biliary lithiasis by exˉternal application of traditional Chinese ointments for treating calculus，and to find a convenient，safe，effective and new method of discharging biliary lithiasis for patients with lithiasis.Methods 638patients with lithiasis were treated by applying discharging caculus ointments for liver and gallbladder caculus and oral discharging caculus pills for liver and gallbladder caculus which were prepared by ourselves，following Chinese medical theory and through collecting the essence of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions.Results Curative rate:72%;effective rate:93%;ineffective rate:7%;surgical rate:56%.Conclusion It is a special and effective program of treating biliary lithiasis by applicaˉtion discharging caculus by using traditional Chinese ointments and oral Discharging caculus of Traditional Chinese pills as well ......
