【摘要】 目的 评价加替沙星注射剂治疗敏感菌引起的临床感染的有效性与安全性。方法 采用随机对照试验，以左氧氟沙星注射剂为对照，共治疗细菌性感染50例。其中加替沙星组与左氧氟沙星组各治疗呼吸道、泌尿道感染25例。给药方案是两组药物治疗剂量均为200mg，每日2次，疗程7～14天。结果 加替沙星组和左氧氟沙星组临床痊愈率分别为64.0%和76.0%;临床有效率分别为92.0%和96.0%;细菌清除率分别为90.9%和95.2%;药物不良反应发生率分别为3.7%和7.4%，上述结果经统计学处理，两组差异无显著性。结论 加替沙星注射剂是治疗临床感染的安全有效的药物。

    【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of gatifloxacin in the treatment of acute infectious diseases.Methods The randomized comparative method was used.The50patients with infectious diseases including respiratory tracheoinfections(RTI)and urinary tract(UTI)infections were divided into two groups.The treatment group was given gatifloxacin iv drip，while the compare group was given levofloxacin iv drip.Dosage regimen was gatifloxaein or levofloxacin200mg twice daily for7～14days.Results Clinical cure rate and total effective rate were64.0%，92.0%respectively in the gatifloxacin group，and76.0%，96.0respectively in the levofloxacin group;while the corˉresponding bacterial eradication rates of themwere90.9%and95.2%respectively.The clinical adverse reaction rates were3.7%and7.4%in two groups respectively.No significant difference in the above figures between the two groups.Conclusion Gatifloxacin has an excellent clinical efficacy and good safety in treating patients with bacterial infection. ......
