【摘要】 目的 观察浮针治疗肩周炎的疗效。方法 将120例肩周炎患者随机分为2组，治疗组59例采用浮针治疗，对照组61例采用常规封闭治疗，观察和比较2组症状及体征改变情况。结果 治疗组全愈显率为67.8%，对照组为44.3%，经统计学处理，P<0.01，差异有显著性。结论 浮针组疗效明显高于封闭组。
